基于EDEM-FEM耦合方法的电铲铲斗强度分析

Analysis of Excavator Bucket Strength Using The Coupling of Discrete Element Method and Finite Element Method

摘要: 电铲铲斗设计主要采用传统的力学计算,外力多采用均布载荷方式施加,在挖掘阻力方面主要采用了挖掘阻力计算公式,这种方法容易导致铲斗强度及结构产生设计缺陷。以WK-20电铲铲斗为研究对象,利用Solidworks对铲斗建模,将模型导入Hypermesh进行前处理,然后利用离散元软件EDEM对铲斗的挖掘过程进行模拟,得到更逼近实际工况的外载荷,结合有限元软件Patran,将仿真结果加载到铲斗对应单元上,利用Nastran求解器求解,得到铲斗的受力云图和变形量,为铲斗的结构设计及优化提供可靠数据,同时也为其他构件及机械提供了很好的设计及优化方案。

Abstract: Shovel bucket design mainly uses the traditional mechanics calculation,the external force often applied by the distributed load , the digging resistance mainly adopts the digging resistance calculation formula . This method easily lead to bucket strength and structure design flaws. Taking the WK-20 excavator bucket as the research , using SolidWorks modeling the bucket, import the model to Hypermesh for pre-treatment, and then simulate the bucket mining process with the discrete element software edem, and get the external load which closer to the actual condition , combined with the finite element software Patran, the simulation results are applied to the bucket corresponding unit, By using the Nastran solver to get the stress nephogram and deformation of the bucket,provide reliable data for the structure design and optimization of the bucket, and also provide a good design and optimization scheme for other components and mechanicals.
